Growing up, I was heavily involved in regional level soccer and hockey. At the age of 15, I discovered my passion for health and fitness and began focusing on my nutrition and training. For four years, my focus was on aesthetics, but eventually, I shifted my approach to prioritize performance-oriented training. This shift led me to compete in CrossFit on a European level, where I continued to develop my skills and expertise.

Regardless of the specific training goals, the key to achieving them lies in Linear Progression. Without a clear progression plan, it's difficult to see progress towards any objective, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness.
